I’m Jude, and I’m a Personal Trainer and certified in boxing training for fitness (trained by Tony Jeffries. ex Olympic boxer). My passion is teaching and delivering 1 on 1 PT sessions, small group sessions and boxing training for women and children. I focus on helping people value themselves more and overcome barriers that hold them back from being that person they want to be through training, confidence and achieving their personal goals.
