I started training with Jude in January 2020, after seeing how much my children enjoyed boxing. I have found it to be brilliant fun, great exercise and the best stress relief. Jude is a fab personal trainer, she listens to what you want to achieve and works with what you can do, helping you build strength and fitness over time. I started training with Jude just before lockdown came in place and like many I was reluctant at first. I hate gyms. I didn’t and still don’t like the thought of working out in front of people who are slim in little crop tops looking and laughing at me. I wouldn’t say I was a confident person but I get by, over the last few years my health hasn’t been at its best and my weight doesn’t help. Jude sat me down and listened to what I wanted to get out of training and came up with a workout to help me achieve my goals, Jude has really pushed me in my sessions and already I can feel the difference, I have still got a long way to go but with Jude’s help I know I will get there. I started training with Jude in May 2020 to improve my mental well being and manage stress. Jude is a knowledgeable and patient trainer who offers positive encouragement whilst pushing you to your limits. Since starting training, I feel much calmer and confident, I also feel stronger, healthier and have managed to lose weight without that being my original intention. I have tried diets and gyms before to lose weight but lost enthusiasm, learning a new skill has given me more focus on than just the scales.
