Since starting personal training sessions with Jude, my confidence has soared. I started training with Jude just before lockdown came in place and like many I was reluctant at first. I hate gyms. I didn’t and still don’t like the thought of working out in front of people who are slim in little crop tops looking and laughing at me. I wouldn’t say I was a confident person but I get by, over the last few years my health hasn’t been at its best and my weight doesn’t help.

Jude is a great personal trainer based in South Liverpool. She takes time to get to know who you are so she can tailor your fitness and personal goals to something attainable. She really helps you plan and achieve the results you want using goal setting and accountability.
Every session is different and she listens to you when you have concerns or requests but pushes you to be better than you think you are.
I started training with her just before lockdown and she was available throughout that time if I was struggling with home exercising or mindset however, being back in the studio doing one on one sessions has accelerated my technique (my favourite part) and fitness and mindset. She is brilliant.
