Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a way of working out why you behave the way you do. It helps you understand your behaviours, so you have a deeper understanding of why you do things, for example, why do you always seem to get so far with a diet before you “fall off the wagon” or why it is so hard to carry on with an exercise routine?
I like to use NLP with my clients as it really helps you focus on what you want to achieve and see the results from that. I like to encourage you to set small goals that you can achieve along the way toward a larger goal.
To do this we will do three things:
Set Goals
We will set your goals so you will have a clear idea
of what you want
to achieve.
If you don’t know what your goal is,
how can you achieve it?
Small steps
We will review your achievements as we go so you can see what you have done and what you need to do.
It’s easy to focus on what isn’t working, rather than what is!
Be flexible
Have the flexibility to keep changing what you do until you get what you want.
Sometimes things don’t go to plan, we will adapt the plan so it fits back in to your goal.
If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got. If what you are doing is not working, do something else.
We use Jude’s fitness regimes and boxing sessions to keep our staff at their ultimate physical performance. Jude’s coaching skills are excellent and maximise returns, particularly for our CEO who has improved his heart strength, technique and overall fitness significantly. I would highly recommend Jude to any company or individual want to take their physical and mental health to the next level.
